Andalusia, due to its geographical situation between two continents and two seas, has a great wealth of ecosystems that welcome the greatest biodiversity in Europe. The invertebrates, which account for 85 percent of the planet's living beings, are in this area a rich natural heritage and play a fundamental role in human life because of its surprising implications in agriculture, forestry, gastronomy and the pharmaceutical industry.

This exhibition is made up of 19 bronze sculptures by renowned Granada artist Jose Maria Moreno, a collection made after an exhaustive study of natural history that also offers information on the species and ecosystems they inhabit. Ants, spiders, butterflies and dragonflies ... here is a small representation of the number of invertebrate taxa in the Andalusian territory.

The Museum wanted to facilitate its accessibility by incorporating Braille, a tactile reading system for blind people.
