Since 1991, the Robert Schuman Art Prize has been awarded every two years within the QuattroPole cross-border space.

It is the result of exchanges between contemporary art actors from Luxembourg, Metz, Saarbrücken and Trier, who together organise a collective exhibition of 16 artists from the Greater Region.

The organiser for the 2019 edition is the City of Luxembourg, with the Villa Vauban - Musée d'Art and the Ratskeller du Cercle Cité as exhibition venues.
