Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz

The Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz are the art historical collections of the city of Chemnitz, comprising around 65,000 exhibits distributed across several buildings. They trace their origins back to civic associations of the 19th century, including the Kunsthütte, founded in 1860. In 2001, they were included in the Blue Book.
