Glass Rice was founded in 2016 by Cecilia Chia as a contemporary art gallery focused and committed to ushering a new wave of talented emerging artists in the Bay Area and beyond, as well as continuing to foster and bolster our relationships with artists over the years. Since its inception, our gallery has strived to promote recognition rooted in artistic vitality and vision by cultivating a space to build genuine relationships with our artists, community, and collectors.
