While I am writing this article on 16.10.23, the deadline given by Israel to evacuate is completed. After a surprise attack of Hamas from Palestine on Israel on October the 8th 2023, Israel responded back with force.

Whether it's a religious war or not , it's out of context as the damage to humanity it has already caused. Jews have the oldest religion, then came there Christianity and lastly, Islam from the same origin as we will read in the coming lines.

After looking above at the current situation, this war has been continually being fought from both sides intermittently for years. The basic reason is that the holy place, al-Aqsa exists in present day Israel which is equally holy for all the three Abraham religions. But Jews and Muslims are more sensitive about this place as compared to Christianity because of various factors.

This mosque is seen by Muslims as the most sensitive place as Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) had a special association with this place. The prophet has said that the mosque al-Aqsa is the first qibla (Direction) for Muslims for prayers.

On the other hand, it is holy to jews as the holy book Torah which was revealed on prophet Moses, who was one of God's most favourite prophets Similarly Quran was the last divine book which was revealed on prophet Muhammad (pbuh). And being the last book from the God as claimed by the Quran, , it has mentioned the earlier books which the God has revealed on various civilizations at various time periods of history. Like, as mentioned, Torah on prophet bible on prophet Issac.

The point to ponder is the origin of all the three acclaimed religions from all of these three books that all humans were given guidance from a single prophet, the father of three sons , prophet Abraham. He sent his three sons into three different directions of the world to spread the message of God. And , later in generations the already mentioned prophets were born at different places and at different times in different civilizations. Like Muhammad (pbuh) was born some 1400 years back in Arabia.

So actually we share the same forefather on which no conflict is present.

Keeping these historical facts in mind, it's understandable that people of all religions are conditioned to a specific faith. The roots are so deep that it's near to impossible for an ordinary person to think out of the box. So we have reached a point which can trigger the involvement of major superpowers in this fatal battle. The consequences may be far beyond the borders of Palestine and Israel. And if this situation is not handled with wisdom, it's unimaginable the next world map.

After all, history tells us, most of the conflicts are eventually solved at the table. Earlier it happens, the less damage will be to humanity. But maybe it's easy for an author to write to come on the table. In wars, the decisions taken in the heat of a single moment may alter mankind forever. The mindset of the stakeholders is in a special unseen trap of nature and to see far beyond that is usually not possible till enough damage has already been done.

In the era of artificial intelligence, biological warfare, man-made earthquakes, such a war which is being fought with the latest equipment on one hand and hand to hand in the streets. All the countries will listen to the echo of this war whatever side they are supporting or even neutral. As, by default, mist of the technology belongs to the west. At the same time, interestingly, most of the wealth in the form of oil reserves and other natural minerals belongs to east and Muslim countries. The price of oil or petrol controls the global economy. And to control this, technology confronts natural resources.
