The International Film Festival will be held in Rome at the Auditorium Parco della Musica on October 27th thorugh November 4th, 2011. The event will involve the entire city of Rome with various initiatives dedicated to the cinema, organized in historical parts of the city.

The event will see 14 movies in competitions with each other, contributing to Marcus Aurelius award for the categories of Best Film, Best Actor, and Best Actress; the prize will be awarded by an international jury composed of leading members of the world of cinema and art.

In addition to the films in competition, the Festival offers a wide range of films, such as documentaries and movies for children. This year there will also be a section dedicated to the culture of various countries and this year will focus on United Kingdom.

Thus, the International Film Festival is an extraordinary event, which involves young and old; during the course of the event the audience will see its favorite actors up close, watching the world premieres, enjoying the charm and vibes of the international jet set. But the festival is also an excuse to visit Rome, one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
