One diorama is dedicated to the Atlantic marine bioregion. This includes temperate and warm seas within the basin of the Atlantic Ocean. Some of these species are also spread in the other bioregion (the Indian – Pacific one), the so-called pan-tropical species.
We remark here large size sharks as for instance the blue shark and the hammerhead shark, and then species as the sea cow, the leatherback sea turtle etc.
The two dioramas that present the Indian – Pacific bioregion are important due to such species as the dugong, a marine mammal and then the large size white shark, the saw fish, latimeria (a fish being considered a „living fossil”, recently discovered and similar to fossil species known from Paleozoic and Mezozoic), diodone holocanthus and numerous fish species of coral reefs.
