Colorado artist Kevin O’Connell’s “Memories of Water” exhibition uniquely expresses an essential visual journey from the high, open plains of Colorado to the vast shoreline of the northwest coast. Initially intended to reference the topics of drought and land use, the photographic series evolved poetically, as O’Connell followed a more metaphoric path – utilizing compelling images of water, as reflections of a timeless quest.
