I became an art historian thanks to a keen interest in all forms of artistic expression. I graduated in Art History from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on a private collection of 19th-century art that received the "Luciano Lazzaro 2018" award from the municipality of Abano Terme (Pd). For a couple of years, I continued to collaborate with the university as a teaching assistant in museology, conducting research on painting and collecting between the 19th and 20th centuries. In the meantime, I joined the cultural association "Nel nome dei Tasso," where I was involved in organizing activities at the historic Villa dei Tasso in Celadina (Bg), contributing to the dissemination of knowledge about the "postal" history of the Bergamo Tasso family.
A scholarship from the "Generazione Cultura 4" program allowed me to complete three months of training in cultural management at the Luiss Business School in Rome and, subsequently, a six-month internship at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. Within the Venetian museum, I collaborated with the Membership department, initially providing support in managing Members and their activities, and then creating a series of texts on famous people known by the American collector Peggy Guggenheim, now published on the museum's website in a special section called "Peggy's Friends."
I was later selected for the Servizio Civile Universale and began collaborating with the Fondazione Adriano Bernareggi in Bergamo, actively participating in the management of the Bergamo Cathedral Museum and, in particular, in the organization of the event "Teatro e Cinema del Sacro," aimed at promoting theatrical and cinematographic culture in small parish centers in the province of Bergamo. I am part of a group of young curators who are conducting research on contemporary art in a "futuristic" project still in progress, and, in parallel, I teach in secondary school.
Writing is a passion that I cultivate by composing short stories and that I hope one day will result in the publication of my own book. I love literature and theater. I studied classical dance for many years, spending a period of training at the Bolshoi Dance Academy in Moscow, Russia. Although no longer a professional perspective, I continue to love to dance and train physically for my own personal well-being. My journey in art history and creative pursuits remains deeply intertwined, constantly fueling my dedication to learning and sharing knowledge about culture and the arts.
