She is a journalist and editor born in Madrid, with extensive experience in creating and managing content for print and digital media.
She has a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and a Master's degree in Editing from the University of Alcalá. Her professional life has been linked to different media, such as the EFE Agency and Radio Nacional de España.
For more than two years she was part of the editorial staff of the magazine Júbilo, joining shortly afterwards the team of permanent collaborators of the magazine 60 y Más (IMSERSO). Almost simultaneously, she was hired by the EFE Agency's Reporting Department, where she conducted numerous interviews and articles on current affairs and culture.
In 2005, she participated in the birth of the newspaper Gente Mayor, of which she became editor-in-chief. A year later, the PFIZER Foundation awarded her a special second prize in the National Journalism Prize for her report on laughter therapy and its health benefits in that newspaper.
In 2007 she became the editorial director of the Euroimpala group magazines in Spain, as she combined this with her work as a community manager for one of its gastronomy titles. She has also developed press and corporate communication work for various companies and organizations.
Her experience has given her the flexibility to adapt to new projects and technologies.
Currently, she is the Editorial Coordinator of the blog Cultura del Sueño, where she combines the world of Journalism with that of Social Media and Online Marketing. Her real passion is writing.
