Zachi Brewster is a Londoner at heart although for the past 4 years has been living, eating and drinking her way through life in the Northern Italian region of Piedmont whilst studying for her Bachelor's degree in Gastronomic Sciences at The University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Her love affair with food started on a farm in the South of France and has continued through classrooms, countries and kitchens across continents. A recently graduated gastronome who describes herself as a professional eater, a semi-professional writer but a very unprofessional cook.
