My journey through the culinary world is more than just a series of kitchen adventures; it's a story of passion, heritage, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

I was born in '86 in Rome, Italy. Everything began in Nonna's kitchen. It was there, in the cozy "cucina" of my grandmother's home, that my love affair with food blossomed.

I remember every flavor of my childhood—the tomato, the basil, the wild truffles—all of which left an indelible mark on my culinary sensibilities.

From the spring pesto to a whole-morning-simmered ragù, they served as a portal to my Italian heritage, a connection to generations past, and a source of inspiration for the culinary journey that lay ahead.

As I grew, so too did my passions. Armed with a natural curiosity and an insatiable appetite for discovery, I embarked on a voyage of culinary exploration that would take me far beyond the cobblestone streets of Rome.

From the fiery spices of Thailand to the delicate dim sum of Hong Kong, I embraced each new culinary landscape with open arms, incorporating elements of global cuisine into my ever-expanding repertoire.

My journey is adorned with numerous accolades and accomplishments, each a testament to my unwavering dedication and exceptional talent. I was named "One to Watch, Best Chef under 35," and elected President of The Italian Chef Federation for Thailand.

From leading F&B operations at prestigious 5-star venues to gaining recognition for my innovative approach to food and beverage operations, I consistently showcased my talent for culinary excellence and strategic leadership.

My career includes collaborations with renowned brands like Starwood, Shangri-La, and Marriott International. This varied experience helped me make a significant impact in the culinary sphere. I was nominated for "The Best of Shanghai" by Disciples Auguste Escoffier and ICMC Italian Cuisine Master Chef, Academia Barilla.

Yet, amidst the whirlwind of professional success, I wanted to remain grounded in my roots, drawing inspiration from the timeless traditions of Italian cuisine and the enduring values of family, community, and integrity.

Today, with a wealth of experience and a vision for the future that burns as bright as ever, I am poised to take on new challenges and explore uncharted territories.

My interests extend far beyond the kitchen. An avid reader and a self-published author, I devote my free time to exploring the intersection of food, culture, and community, seeking to make a positive impact on the world around me. Lately, I have been participating in food charity for Southeast Asian children's refugees of war.

I just love to help others, lend a helping hand to those in need. It lifts my spirit and commitment to making a difference. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading short stories, and watching travel vlogs (of course, about food).

Beyond this culinary adventure, I am very passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer at local charities and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, cherishing the simple moments of connection and togetherness.

As life continues, I remain committed to personal growth, learning, and making a positive impact on the world around me.

Currently, I am learning programming and coding, exploring front-end development as a new skill to acquire. In addition to creating a few software projects, my goal is to enhance experiences in the hospitality industry by leveraging new technologies.
