Itana Lalovic is Founder and Managing Partner of Leo Estate - Property Investment Agency based in Budva, Montenegro. She graduated Anthropology at the University of Belgrade and did Master in Tourism and Cultural Tourism at the University of Montenegro and University West Attica in Athens. After gaining business, marketing & PR experience in human resources, international education, culture and media, she decided to apply her skills in the family real estate business together with her husband. She has strong communication skills and her focus of attention in business is people. For her inspiration and motivation in the real estate business is the opportunity to present the highest qualities, potentials & diversity her beautiful home country Montenegro can offer to foreign buyers and investors.

Itana is fluent in English and Italian. She is inspired by Renaissance Art, Mediterranean culture, Jazz Music, traveling and discovering beautiful parts of her home country Montenegro, Mediterranean and the world. Also, Itana is engaged in local activism in Montenegro and is one of the founders of NGO Feral dedicated to preservation and promotion of Budva cultural heritage.
