Regarding my studies, I am a baccalaureate at the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, a tertiary at the Circle of Sports Journalists, a university student in the Sociology Career at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and a doctoral student in Philosophy and Sports Sciences at the University of Barcelona (UB).

My bachelor's thesis in sociology in Buenos Aires was the first to address the topic of soccer (1988). Later, I was one of the pioneers in the study of the sociology of sports in Argentina with the founding of the Argentine Institute of Sociology Applied to Sports (IASDE) in 1988.

As for my journalistic career, I have been director of the national sports magazine Orsai (Argentina) (1989), director of the magazines Fútbol Total and Deporte Total of Mexico (2001), head of sports for Canal Alef Network TV (Argentina) (1996), Collaborations in Argentina: Magazines: El Gráfico, Los Periodistas, El Porteño, Hum®, Noticias, Goles. Likewise, I currently work in the journalistic field as a weekly columnist on international football in Dosis Futbolera](https://dosisfutbolera.com/), Diario Jornada (www.jornadaonline.com) and Radio Jornada (Mendoza. Argentina) and on SBS Radio (Australia), contributor to So Foot (France), Kicker (Germany), World Soccer Digest, World Soccer King, Footballista (Japan) and The Blizzard ( England).

I have written the following books: The soccer business (Corregidor), 1995; Maradona, rebel with a cause (Corregidor, 8 editions in different countries), 1996; The sport of reporting (Paidós), 2002; AFA, football passes, business remains (Authorship-Ediciones B), 2016.

In the publishing part as: director of the collection Los Mundiales (Aldus Ediciones, 1994), and editor of the book Messi, by the Catalan journalist living in London Guillem Balagué, for the American continent and in Spanish (Principio Ediciones, 2014).

Distinctions: First Prize in the national Journalism and Health competition from the Merck, Sharpe & Dohme laboratory (1994), together with now film director Daniel Rosenfeld in the TV category; Golden Trajectory Award from the “Manzana de las Luces Foundation” (2005); Ambassador of Peace from the Thousand Millenniums of Peace Foundation (2012); and I received an award from FIFA together with the International Association of Sports Journalists (AIPS) in 2022 for having covered 10 World Cups in a row.

Participation in cinema: Main protagonist in "The Forget World Cup" (Lorenzo Garzella-Filippo Macelloni), participation in "Fútbol, Violence, SA" (Pablo Tesoriere), and in "The Day Maradona Met Gardel" (Rodolfo Pagliere).
