This summer, Agora Gallery will unveil fresh and memorable shows to all art-lovers who may need that extra incentive go gallery-hopping in the infamous NYC heat. The exhibition Cadences of Color reminds the viewer that there is always more going on in a work of art than what first meets the eye. Through judicious use of hue and shape, these images encourage us to approach them with an open mind and to revel in the freedom they emanate. In Sensorial Sensibilities artists explore the complexities and singularities of their own lives and the world around them, utilizing their artistic ingenuity to incorporate that awareness to their work. The results are layered, immersive, and full of potent emotional resonance. In The French Perspective: Contemporary Art from France you will find the diversity of style, color and medium that characterizes French art today. However, the exhibit is given a coherence and clarity by the consistent and thorough marriage of detail with spontaneity, so that every element of every piece works together to form a dazzling whole.

The exhibitions begin on July 5, 2014 and continue until July 25, 2014, with an opening reception on the evening of Thursday, July 10. Entrance is free, and all those with a love for art are warmly encouraged to attend.
