This is the debut group exhibition of three fine artists and graphic designers from Central Saint Martins college of Art and Design. The title ‘Chicken or The Egg’ refers to the old causality dilemma, a question which cannot be solved. Our aim is not to take meaning at face value but to pose this question as a basic matter.
“From an early age we like to create things, we drew freely, using clay by following the heart of childhood. We expressed our feelings free from logic or boundaries. Nowadays, We feel that something is not quite right; Is “Art” learned at school? does expression come from study? Much like the “Chicken or the Egg”, there is no right answer. In this exhibition, we try to express this using the theme of causality dilemma”.
