On Saturday, April 26th, downtown Los Angeles’ Corey Helford Gallery (CHG) will proudly present Dreamland awaits, an international group exhibition curated by Australia-based, leading contemporary art publication Beautiful Bizarre Magazine, in the Main Gallery.

Marking Beautiful bizarre magazine’s 19th internationally curated exhibition and second in partnership with CHG (following 2023’s Secret Longings group exhibition), this highly anticipated show is bringing together over 100 of the world’s best two and three-dimensional artists, each exploring the Dreamland awaits theme through the lens of their unique lived experience and artistic styles ‒ while at the same time bringing the pages of Beautiful Bizarre Magazine to life.

Beautiful bizarre magazine’s Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Danijela Krha Purssey, shares: Dreamland awaits explores the fleeting moments prior, during, or after dreaming. Where our mind is able to float freely, and imagination transforms our daily lives, experiences, and desires into stories that allow us to process our pleasure and pain. Artists are able to bring their dreamlands into the physical realm through their work and give the viewer a precious insight into the subconscious mind of the creative spirit.
