The exhibition Olympic stories presents a journey through the achievements of Czech athletes on the Olympic stage, beginning with their debut at the London Games in 1908 and culminating in the upcoming Olympics of 2024 in Paris. This historical arc offers a compelling look at how Czech sportsmen and women have evolved and triumphed over more than a century of competition.

The exhibition draws from the rich sports collections of the National Museum, bringing together artifacts that include medals, uniforms, photographs, and personal items. Some of these pieces are being displayed for the first time, while others come from rare and exceptional loans that add new depth to the story of Czech Olympic history.

Organized by the National Museum in partnership with the Czech Olympic Committee, the exhibition pays tribute to national pride, athletic excellence, and the enduring legacy of the Olympic Games. It is a celebration not only of past victories, but also of the spirit that continues to drive Czech athletes forward.
