Marina Goryacheva is now permanently employed at the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (The Bolshoi Ballet Academy of Moscow). She is a senior principal pianist, playing for pre-professional training levels. She also collaborates with Egor Semachev Ballet School as an accompanist and Russian-American foundation (RAF) as a concertmaster.
Goryacheva won 3rd prize at a The International Competition 'XXI Century Art' and 1st prize at Musical Youth Festival. She received her Postgraduate Master of Art at Glinka Nizhny Novgorod State Conservatoire.
Goryacheva writes 'The Art of Accompaniment' about the modern approach to showing the beauty of classical music to the younger generation of Ballet. The book is about the quest to multi-media art that shows pictures, music, and dance.
At the Kate Oh Gallery on Thursday July 20th from 7 pm, she will be playing works by Chopin and Liszt.
