Have you ever felt like you're out of place?
Like you've been thrown into a situation that doesn't reflect you at all. And you're in terrible pain.
And a lot more often than we'd like to admit.
Wrong choices or relationships, unsatisfactory work, social pressures or adverse circumstances and an entire existence turns into something that leads to feeling imprisoned.
So everyone reacts the way they can.
Some women get depressed, some get panic attacks, some eat all the time, some go shopping compulsively or something else.
And yet, the key to our cage is always in our minds.
Many women from all corners of the world are convinced that to be happy and fulfilled it is necessary to be "born with a shirt on" or to have "luck".
But this is almost never true. If we look at some of the greatest women, we see how they have a sad or even tragic story behind them or have so many scars that they could be in the Guinness Book of Records.
Being happy or fulfilled is difficult, being a happy and fulfilled woman is even more complex. But it is possible.
International Women's Day is a celebration of great importance to remind us of social, political, and economic achievements, but also not to forget how much still needs to be done to eliminate all discrimination and violence against women.
This letter is dedicated to all the women of the world, tireless bearers of love and hope.
To all of us, thank you for being who we are.
My dear,
you may not realize it, but the Universe is deeply grateful to you for having a creature like you.You were a little girl shyly looking out the window of Life and now, look at you, what a wonderful woman you have become.
How far you've come to be who you are today! It wasn't always easy, I know.
How many obstacles along the way, how many falls, how many misunderstandings, how many tears. How many times you thought you couldn't accept this gift that Life has generously offered you. Maybe even denied it at times. Don't feel guilty about that. It's not easy being who you are.
And yet, your stubbornness, strength, and tenacity never abandoned you, and have always allowed you to get up.
It is this love of yours for Life that makes you strong and invincible, despite everything and everyone.
To you who are a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a companion of adventures, a woman who works to make this world a better place, to you who manage to be so many things together, to you, I say thank you.
Thank you for being the courage that spreads love.
Thank you for bringing light where there is darkness.
Thank you for bringing hope where there is resignation.Thank you for being the Woman you are.
With infinite love,
from a woman like you.
