The attention on the impact of territory and the sensibility towards nature and environment are the concepts behind the project. Starting from the modern architectural design, perfectly set in the Lombard shore but also the use of innovative technologies which reduce the energy consumption managing in an intelligent way the renewable sources.

The entire area is fed by a biomass plant which produces electrical energy, heat and cooling, that in turn is powered with wood waste. Consequently, by combining the power of the photovoltaic plant on the roof, the structure is almost able to feed entirely on its own.

Even water consumptions are regulated: rainwater and waste water are recovered, and this allows the irrigation through an advanced management system which saves up to 50% energy.

Architecturally speaking, Lefay Resort reflects the traditional buildings of Alto Garda. There’s a central building with the main services and the lateral structures, along the hillside, which include the rooms, all of them perfectly set in surrounding nature. The five Suites – Prestige Junior Suite, Deluxe Junior Suite, Family Suite, Exclusive Suite and the stunning Royal Pool & SPA Suite – are been built with natural fabric and materials, like Italian marble, olive wood and nut wood.

The main part of Lefay Resort remains the SPA: an exclusive temple of wellness which covers an area of 3000 square meters, where human mind and body can experience and re-discover the most authentic emotions and harmony with himself/herself. The SPA represents the heart of the structure, which aims at human energy recovery.
