At the end of the year, the Aargauer Kunsthaus and the Aargauer Kuratorium jointly present Auswahl 19.

This showcase of Aargau artists provides insight into the formally and thematically varied current artistic production in the region. Approximately 200 dossiers are submitted each autumn and judged independently by the two expert juries of the Aargauer Kunsthaus and the Aargauer Kuratorium.

On the occasion of the exhibition, the Aargauer Kuratorium awards grants for work in the visual arts and performance. In the same context, NEUE AARGAUER BANK AG presents the annual advancement award to a young artist.

Aargauer Kunsthaus
