This exhibition marks the San Francisco-based artist’s first major show at the gallery.
When the color of your skin is probable cause. When a kiss is an act of courage. When our kids learn to duck and cover for more reasons than an earthquake. The Tracy Piper is an ex-circus performer-turned-figurative painter based in San Francisco, CA. She has shown at Scope, Select, and Spectrum in Miami, FL; stARTup Art Fair in San Francisco, CA; Scope New York, NY; Art San Diego, CA; and exhibits internationally. In 2017 Tracy competed on the GSNTV show “Skin Wars: Fresh Paint” and emerged victorious! She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration with distinction from California College of the Arts and is represented by Art Attack SF in San Francisco, CA.
Art Attack SF is an art gallery based in San Francisco’s Castro District, dedicated to representing and showcasing contemporary work by emerging Bay Area artists with an emphasis in illustration, pop culture, and graffiti. Since 2012, Art Attack SF has been recognized for its unique commitment to fostering community and establishing relationships with local artists and young collectors. The gallery presents approximately twelve exhibitions each year.
