Inaugurated on November 10th, 2000, the room presents the Byzantine dynasties from the times of Heraclius (610-641) until the Fall of Constantinople in 1453.

Using genealogy, coin hoards and seals, using labels and wall panels.

Museum of Byzantine Culture

The Museum of Byzantine Cutlure is located next to the City Hall and the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, at the corner of Stratou Ave & Tritis Septemvriou str. It is placed in a listed monument, an awarded building designed by the famous architect and artist Kyriakos Krokos.
