Foundations introduces visitors to the key themes and ideas that are central tenets to the science of palaeontology.

Using innovative techniques and technologies Foundations encourages visitors to understand the development of life on Earth, evolution, geology, fossilization, and Alberta’s role in the palaeontological record.

Divided into three areas, the exhibit features over 90 specimens chosen specifically to supplement the story of life on Earth.
