Robert Berman Gallery returns to the Bay Area with a newly remodeled art space after a two-year experiment "Frankel Lab" by the San Fransisco based Frankel Gallery in the same location.

Berman E6 Gallery originally opened in 2008 with wall drawings and performance by Raymond Pettibon and in the subsequent years exhibited a variety of artists represented by Robert Berman Gallery in addition to historical and bay area artists.

The gallery re-opens with Women In Focus Contemporary Female Narratives in Photography an exhibition featuring Marla Rutherford, Alex Prager, Sharon Johnson-Tennant, and others. This exhibition explores the role of the female perspective in contemporary photography.
