Since its beginning, the festival has grown and improved in its format; this event occurs throughout the world, but only the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok brings award-winning master chefs under one roof for a week-long celebration of outstanding food and superb wines.

This year’s World Gourmet Festival will also have the introduction of two exclusive wine tasting events with notorious winemakers such as Pio Boffa of Pio Cesare, and Jonathan Maltus of World’s End, in addition to a tea pairing event by superlative master tea-blenders Dilmah.

The popular World Gourmet Lunch will take place daily from Monday, September 5th through Thursday, September 8th, 2011, with a daily cooking demonstration from one of the chefs; while, the World Gourmet Brunch will take place on Sunday, September 11th, 2011.

Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok has created a World Gourmet Festival package; after the hotel’s guests enjoy one of the festival dinners, they can go back to their guestroom, full and satisfied, and enjoy a good night’s sleep. The package includes overnight accommodations, complimentary breakfast, and a dinner for two.
