The kitchen, with decoration of the walls, in tempera, which simulates ceramic tile, dating from the early 20th century, is used as an exhibition hall.

The stone shelf, placed outside the second window, confirms the purpose of the room: “A kitchen from which water is drawn from the well located in the courtyard”.

The museum preserves original furnishings, precious objects belonging to the musician, including autograph scores of young compositions (the first work, the Orchestral Prelude found in 1999, and the 4 voices Mass of 1880), many letters by and Giacomo Puccini ( like those by Giulio Ricordi), paintings, photographs, sketches, memorabilia and precious documents, such as copies of work and drafts of the libraries of Tosca and La fanciulla del West, a rare draft of the score of La fanciulla del West, a score de La rondine, full of autograph annotations and musical sketches.
