Lawrence Mynott, the celebrated artist/illustrator, is having his first London exhibition in over twenty years at Gallery 286 in Earl’s Court.

Since moving to Tangier with his graphic designer wife Anthea, Mynott has continued to work for an international client base as an illustrator as well as completing numerous portrait commissions.

A graduate of Chelsea School of Art and The Royal College of Art, his client list includes major advertising agencies, design groups, publishers, newspapers and magazines, the V & A and the Royal Collection Shops.

He has been a recipient of both Gold and Silver awards from D&AD.

A fine control of pen and ink, stencil, paint, scraperboard and pencil underlines his versatility in fashion drawing, caricature, figurative subjects and portraiture, but his signature can be seen above all in his attention to detail, innate style, elegance and wit that he brings to every project.
