Red Arrow Gallery Presents Better Angels, an exhibition of new paintings by Dane Carder; this marks his first show with the gallery. Dane Carder was born in Nashville, Tennessee in 1972 and is a self taught artist.

His work utilizes Civil War era images as a means to investigate both personal and universal issues. For nearly twenty years, he has exhibited in various art spaces, galleries, and museums around the United States.

Carder's work aims to reveal underlying layers of contemporary meaning found within the historic photographic source material. Carder currently lives and works in Nashville, TN.
