Chris Beetles is delighted to present Michael Foreman: Telling Tales A major retrospective exhibition of one of the best-loved creators of children’s books since the Second World War Champagne Private View (by invitation only).

With the celebrated children’s author, Michael Morpurgo, officially opening the show at 7pm The exhibition runs from 5-22 April 2017.

The exhibition includes over 275 works spanning 50 years of achievement and focuses on his work as an illustrator of fairy tales, myths and legends, and children’s classics, including collaborations with Brian Alderson, Angela Carter, Roald Dahl, Terry Jones and Michael Morpurgo.

In addition, Michael Foreman’s new illustrated memoir, Travels With My Sketchbook, published by Templar on 20th April, will be exclusively launched at the opening of the exhibition.
